Everything Has Led to this Moment

              
                          Welcome back to my blog reader! The final day has come, we planned on finishing editing at school but unfortunately these past few days there has been extremely bad weather and there has been multiple floods which has led the school to be closed, complicating things for us as we are not able to physically meet up in order to finish editing our video. However, have no fear as we’ll communicate through an online platform in order to finish editing and review our video. We began this process by creating a tittle card that we envisioned to go at the end of the film. We created the title card through the app PicsArt and concluded that it would go not long after the screen goes pitch black. My team members and I agreed that the picture for the title card would be one of an open cloudy road rather than one that is developed/industrialized/crowded in order to make it seen deserted and create somewhat of a ghostly feel. We had designed this and found the results to be pleasant. However, we discovered once we reviewed the video and added the final touches, we saw that the tittle card did not go well with the flow of the video, it led the video to turn out weird as the tittle card turn out to ruin the cliffhanger at the end of our opening scene which is why we made the decision to sadly take out the title card from the video, a sad choice but the right one. Then, my group and I revised the scenes with care as the video when on to make sure that there were not any strange cut offs from one scene to another due to that many of our scenes went a few seconds over after the scene was finished in order to not cut off Hailey’s acting by accident. After we saw the whole video again to make sure that the scenes flowed just the way we wanted them, we decided to use simple transitions such as the scene fading out in order to maintain the seriousness of the theme of our film. Then, we reviewed our video one last time to make sure that we were satisfied with our creation and added the final touches. This has led us to the final step of the road, with that concluding our journey. Well this is my cue to leave, till next time reader!

After ta king in all the advice and comments that my close friends Jasmine and Jada provided me with regarding my sho rt fil m “Lucky” after they watched it. I have gathered all their suggestions and concerns and have taken them back with me to the editing room. Further, for the scene where Gabriela, the protagonist of the film, interacts with the stranger to ask where the event is located . There was poor quality audio for that scene as I filmed it at the mall therefore there was background noise as well as the sound of the wi nd. This scene is a crucial part of the film, thus I had to fi nd a solution to the problem. Our Plan

Welcome back to my blog reader! Here is our plan for the music video project! Props:   . Since we chose the song Material Girl, we plan to display a young girl living a lavish lifestyle. To portray this, we plan to use fake money, sunglasses, and a feather boa as our props.  Costumes:    . In our video, we will have one main subject, our material girl, with others playing supporting roles. For the material girl, they would be dressed up in long gloves, fake pearls, and a nice long dress, preferably pink. To fit the stereotype of a gold-digger, they would also wear a blonde wig, a feather boa, and expensive looking sunglasses. The actress would have on light makeup, with the most bold part being some red lipstick.       For the lower class boys, we would have them dress in casual clothing, such as jeans and a hoodie. My group’s product was a L'Oréal Paris Lipstick, and its  company usually target s their products at older audiences, mostly adult women .
